the location was perfect, just a short walk to the historical center and all the main sights. the hotel was also very close to the beach, which was a huge plus. the rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information and a map of the area. There were also shops, including a supermarket, nearby for convenience.

That the view from our room was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. We had booked a room with a sea view, but unfortunately, we could barely see any sea from our apartment.

We loved location, it was very central. Didn't expect such a perfect place, would return there.

its room was modern and spotless with seaview, i enjoyed to come back and relax. a hair dryer, a bidet, and bath sheets were available. most importantly the staff were excellent and amiable.

I had an amazing time at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had a fantastic sea view. The location was perfect, right near the beach and very close to the old town. I loved being able to explore the charming streets and dine at the many lovely restaurants on the seafront. The staff, especially Giuseppe and his team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even guided my car into the property and to my parking spot. a highly recommended experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Royal Sea House. The owner, Giuseppe, was incredibly professional and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and spacious, with breathtaking views of the sea and the rock. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The only downside was that we should have booked a longer stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to the beach and old town, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was modern and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Parking was limited and the spaces were tight, making it difficult to find a spot for our car.

The location of Royal Sea House is absolutely perfect, being so close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the center of town. It offers stunning views of the sea and the rock on three sides, making it an ideal place to stay.

Loved the convenience of having a washing machine, full kitchen, and a lovely dining area in the apartment. Being on the ground floor made it easy to stumble back after a day on the beach.

So disappointing that there was no butler to carry my beach bag! How am I supposed to feel like royalty without someone to cater to my every whim?

We loved our stay at the apartment! the host, Giuseppe, was incredibly informative and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the apartment itself was modern and comfortable, with two flat TVs and two sea-view terraces. the location was excellent, being close to both the beach and the historical city center. Giuseppe even offered to drive us to our next destination, Catania, which made our transfer much easier and more pleasant. our six-day stay was fantastic and we plan to return.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and the charming historical city center. the Super Host, Giuseppe Marino, was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with valuable information about nearby grocery stores and restaurants. He even went above and beyond by offering to drive us to our next destination, making our transfer so much easier and more enjoyable. we had an amazing six-day stay and can't wait to return.

One minor inconvenience was the slightly uncomfortable entrance to the parking area, which could potentially cause some issues with cars. However, this was a small drawback compared to the overall positive experience we had at the apartment.
